WATER

Water is something that the majority of people in modern society is deficient in. Nowadays people are so busy that they don’t even think about taking a sip of water here and there and that’s definitely not good for them. Even a small level of dehydration decreases our psychological and physical performance. This article is about why it’s worth to drink water.

First of our body is built in about 60-70% of water, with that being said it’s logical that water is crucial for good health and wellbeing.

FEW REASONS TO DRINK WATER.

1 Water helps with detoxication of the body.

Majority of compounds in the human body is carried through blood. All the toxins as well. And in order to keep the body in homeostasis, it is crucial to get rid of them. Therefore tons of them are filtered by the kidneys every day.  For this process to go efficiently water is essential. This plays a great part especially when your fasting. During fast body is burning off not only body fat but also dead cells. This all leads to the release of many toxins which can be excreted through urine.

2 Vitamins

Water-soluble vitamins to be more precise. This day’s plenty of people are getting sick more often. They are feeling stressed and overwhelmed by everyday tasks. Well while some of the people may actually be overworked; I believe that most of them are probably lacking some vitamins or minerals that make them happy and strengthen their immune system. Water is crucial for the proper absorption of vitamins and minerals.

3 Helps with calorie control

If you’re someone who is trying to lose weight you will like this one. Water has been shown to help in calorie control. This simply means that when you’re drinking more water you feel less hungry. You see often when we feel hunger it’s actually small dehydration and a sip or two of water help with that.

4. Helps your skin

If your struggling with poor skin look or health and you’re not drinking enough water (at least 1.5l not counting water during training) then implementing more water to your day may be a game changer for you. And that is due to at least two reasons. First one was already mentioned-detoxication. If you’re struggling with acne then water may be a great way to reduce it. For wrinkles well the better your hydration the less of them will be appearing.

5 Regeneration and Performance

Good level of hydration has been shown multiple times to have a positive impact on regeneration when compared to dehydrated people. And this means both mental and physical regeneration. Of course when regeneration is a better performance also increases. But that’s not only how it works. Water is
an important component of blood which carries all the nutrients and oxygen to your tissues so when you’re dehydrated these processes are not as efficient as they could be and performance drops.main1

I think that all that makes a pretty obvious conclusion and recommendation.
Drink more water!
You can’t overdose it. – I mean you can but it’s ridiculously hard; (you would have to drink something around 7l-10l per day of pure water).
So just focus on getting 1.5-3l of pure water every day depending on your activity level and environment you’re living in. This way you will B.Strong&Healthy
